Crown Jewel Club at the 2009 Women's Conference

The Crown Jewel Club was an exhibitor at The 2009 Women’s Conference in Long Beach, CA. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth.

 

 

Fritz Coleman - October 23, 2008

The Crown Jewel Club had a “Star-Studded” night of Comedy on October 23rd at Hollywood’s Laugh Factory.  The hilarious Fritz Coleman of KNBC News, played MC to a night of none-stop laughter.  We had a great turnout and continue to receive wonderful feedback from this event. 

Good News Event - October 4th, 2008

Good News Foundation presented the Crown Jewel Club with a $20,000 grant on October 4th at the annual High Flying Fundraiser Luncheon.  The event was held at the exclusive Hangar 8 at the Santa Monica Airport. Crown Jewel Club board members and girls from the program were invited to attend the luncheon.  Not only did the Crown Jewel Club receive this generous grant but they also received tons of product donations from Office Max.

The Women in Business 2008 Conference - April 18th, 2008

On April 18th over 400 women and men attended the Manhattan Beach Women in Business annual conference.  The MBWIB Conference Team honored Jane Phillips and the Crown Jewel Club with the Heart and Soul Award.  This award was given in recognition of Jane’s hard work and outstanding contribution to our community.  The event was held at the Manhattan Beach Marriott and featured a day of great speakers, good food, and a very successful silent auction.
